Best AI Music Video Generators in 2026, Sorted by What You Need

Seven AI music video tools compared by job: sync visuals to your song, cinematic clips, lyric videos, or a duet of two real people. Free options and prices.

"AI music video generator" covers at least four different products. One syncs visuals to a song you already made. One makes a cinematic, abstract video. One focuses on lyric text. And one puts real people on screen performing a new song. Pick the wrong kind and no amount of tweaking will get you the video you pictured, so this guide sorts seven tools by the job they do.

Last checked: October 3, 2026. We read each product's own pages and did not test the competing tools ourselves. Prices and limits change often, and anything we could not find on an official page is marked "not stated".

Which one should you pick?

  • You have a finished song and want it to look like a video: start with Neural Frames or MusVideo. Both take an upload and build visuals from the audio. Neural Frames mentions 8-stem analysis and 4K exports, MusVideo lists no-watermark 1080p.
  • You want something cinematic or abstract: MusVideo lists cinematic, anime, realistic and audio-visualizer styles. GetLyricVideo lists story and abstract styles. Neural Frames lets you add reference images for consistent characters.
  • You mostly need the words on screen: Capify and VibeMV are built around lyric timing. Pictory suits you if you also make other video content and want a general editor.
  • You want the song written for you too: GetLyricVideo says it connects lyrics, song and video. For a very short result with real faces, Rap Duet does song and video in one step.
  • You want you and a friend to appear in a short, shareable clip: that is the Rap Duet job, and none of the other tools above is built for it.

Neural Frames

Neural Frames is an audio-reactive video maker. You upload a track, it analyses the audio for sync, and you shape the visuals. Its lyric video page says lyrics are extracted for you to review, then generated inside the scenes rather than as plain captions.

  • Input and music: MP3, WAV or FLAC upload. It does not generate music.
  • Free and price: the home page has a "Start creating for free" button, but the pricing page lists no free plan, only separate free tools. Paid plans run from $26 a month billed yearly ($39 month to month) for Neural Knight to $199 a month billed yearly for Neural Nirvana, with commercial rights and credits that roll over.
  • Limits: its own page admits generated text can need correction and that it lacks precise font control or karaoke-style highlighting.

MusVideo

MusVideo is a music-to-video generator: upload MP3, WAV, M4A or AAC, pick a style such as cinematic, lyric video, anime, realistic or visualizer, and generate. It says most videos are ready within minutes.

  • Free and price: the pricing page lists a free plan with 50 credits, then Basic at $14.99 a month and Pro at $22.49 a month. Paid plans state 1080p, a commercial license and no watermark.
  • Limits: it does not generate music, and a maximum length is not stated.

Revid

Revid takes an audio file (MP3, WAV, AAC or M4A), a Spotify or Suno link, or a video, and makes beat-synced visuals with word-level lyric captions you can edit. It says generation takes two to five minutes depending on the track.

  • Free and price: you can sign up without a card. The pricing page shows paid plans from $39 a month; the plan descriptions are aimed at social video creators in general rather than musicians.
  • Limits: whether it makes music is not stated, and neither is the maximum length. The page warns unusual lyrics can trip up the lyric detection.

GetLyricVideo

GetLyricVideo turns an MP3, WAV or M4A, and optional lyrics, into a music video in 16:9 or 9:16. It lists story, abstract and realistic styles, with a virtual-character performance style marked "coming soon", and says it has separate tools to write lyrics and create a song first.

  • Price: the pricing page shows yearly plans starting at $190 for 800 credits (roughly 4 to 10 minutes of video). Paid videos carry no watermark. A free option is not stated.

Pictory

Pictory is a general video tool with a music-video mode. It accepts audio, video or typed lyrics, transcribes, splits the lyrics into scenes and lets you edit timing and layout in vertical, square or widescreen.

  • Price: the pricing page lists Starter at $29 a month ($25 a month billed annually), no watermark, and says free trials are available.
  • Limits: it does not generate music. Its strength is editing, not cinematic visuals.

Capify

Capify is a lyric video editor: upload audio, get AI-synced lyrics with word-level timing, then adjust fonts, colors, animations and backgrounds. Audio can be up to 100MB and 6 minutes.

  • Free and price: a free preview is mentioned, with paid plans for full-length export. Prices are not shown on the page we read.

VibeMV lyric tool

VibeMV's lyric video maker transcribes your upload, lets you edit the lyrics, and exports a 1080p MP4 with karaoke, typewriter, fade or glow text. It allows 3 videos a day without an account and adds a small watermark on free exports. Uploads can be up to 25MB.

Rap Duet

Rap Duet is for the fourth job only: two real people, one stage, one original song. You upload two photos (or one photo with both of you), pick a stage and a style, and get a vertical duet where the lip movement follows the lyrics.

An example made from two photos. Both people are AI-generated and do not exist.
  • Good for: a short, shareable clip starring you and a friend, a couple or two pets, with no editing. See the AI rap generator for the rap-specific version.
  • Honest limits: you cannot upload your own song or use your own voice. The song and lyrics are always original and AI-generated. Clips are short: 12 seconds by default and up to 15 for subscribers. A render takes a few minutes, and it is not a replacement for a full, mastered music video.
  • Free and price: new accounts get free credits for one short 5-second Mini song, with a limited number of free spots each day. Credit packs start at $4.99 for 70 credits, and plans start at $19.90 a month.

What we left out

Kaiber, Freebeat, Runway and Pika are often mentioned in this space. We could not load or confirm a music-video page on each official site, so we did not include them. Suno is a song generator, and we did not find an official page for a moving-video feature. If you use Suno songs, Revid lists Suno links as an input.

Before you post

If you use your own song, make sure you own the rights to the audio. If real faces appear, use photos of adults who agreed to be in the video, skip celebrity photos, and label the result as AI-generated when you share it.

FAQ

What is the best AI music video generator?

There is no single best one, because the tools do different jobs. If you already have a finished song, Neural Frames, MusVideo, Revid and GetLyricVideo all take an audio upload and build visuals around it. For a lyric video, Capify, VibeMV and Pictory focus on synced text. For a short clip of you and a friend performing an original AI song, use Rap Duet.

Is there a free AI music video generator?

Several have a free start. MusVideo lists 50 free credits and says no watermark on the free plan. VibeMV offers 3 lyric videos a day with a small watermark. Revid says you can start free without a card but does not state the limits. Neural Frames has a "Start creating for free" button on its home page, but its pricing page lists no free plan, only separate free tools. Rap Duet gives new accounts free credits for one 5-second Mini song, with a limited number of free spots each day.

Can AI make a music video from my own song?

Yes, that is what most tools on this page do. You upload an MP3 or WAV (some also accept M4A, AAC or FLAC) and the tool analyses it to time the visuals or lyrics. Rap Duet cannot do this. It always writes and performs its own original song.

Can AI generate the song and the video together?

A few can. GetLyricVideo says it has separate tools to write lyrics and make a song before the video step. Rap Duet generates the song and the video together, but the result is a short clip, not a full track.

How long can an AI music video be?

It depends on the tool. Neural Frames advertises full-length videos, Capify caps uploads at 6 minutes, and GetLyricVideo ties length to credits. Most other pages do not state a limit. Rap Duet clips are 12 seconds by default and up to 15 seconds for subscribers.

Can I post an AI music video on TikTok or YouTube?

Usually yes, but check the tool terms and platform rules. If the song is yours, you control the audio. If a clip uses real faces, use only adults who agreed to appear, and label the video as AI-generated when you post.

Make a music video starring you and a friend

Upload two photos, pick a stage and get a short vertical duet over an original AI song.
