Refund Policy
When Rap Duet refunds credits and payments
This policy applies to purchases on rapduet.com, operated by Zane. Contact support@rapduet.com.
Failed renders
If a video fails to render, the credits for that video are not charged, or are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Credit packs
Credit packs never expire. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been spent on completed videos are not refundable, because the rendering cost has already been incurred.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a new period and have not used any of that period's credits, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
Quality issues
AI video results vary. If a completed video has a technical problem such as missing audio, a broken file, or a render that ignores your photos entirely, email us the video details and we will re-render it or return the credits at our discretion.
How to ask
Email support@rapduet.com from the address on your account with the purchase date. We reply within a few business days.
