Terms of Service

These terms govern Rap Duet at rapduet.com. Rap Duet is operated by Zane. Contact support@rapduet.com. By using Rap Duet you agree to these terms.

The service

Rap Duet creates short AI-generated videos from photos you upload. You choose a stage and, optionally, a topic, and we render a vertical video of the people in your photos performing an original AI-generated song. The song, lyrics, voices and motion are synthetic. Results are entertainment content, not a recording of a real performance, and we do not promise that a video will look or sound a particular way.

Rap Duet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, label, or TV or web series whose style a trend may resemble. We do not use copyrighted recordings.

Photos and permission

Rap Duet is for adults. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, and only of adults (18 or older) who have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Do not create sexual, nude, hateful, violent, or self-harm content, and do not create videos meant to deceive, harass, defame, or impersonate anyone. Photos, lyrics, custom stages, and finished videos are checked automatically for safety. We may block a request, withhold a video, or remove content that breaks these rules, and repeated blocked attempts can pause your access for a while. A request we block, or a video we withhold, does not use credits.

Your songs and photos

Songs you make are kept in your account while it is active, and you can delete them at any time from My songs. Source photos are deleted automatically within about 24 hours after a song finishes. Deleting your account removes your songs, photos and job records.

Accounts and credits

Signing in uses Google. Each song uses credits according to the model tier, resolution, and length shown before you generate. Failed renders do not use credits. Credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits follow the plan shown at purchase. Your first video may be free where offered.

Your content

You keep the rights in your photos. You grant Rap Duet a limited license to process them and store the result so we can provide the service. Paid plans include personal and commercial use of the videos you generate after purchase, subject to these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rap Duet to break the law, generate sexual, hateful, or violent content, target private individuals, try to break the service, or resell it as an API.

Disclaimer

Rap Duet is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or a particular result. To the extent allowed by law, Zane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
